NISS Customer Satisfaction Survey – Online Edit
|
|
NISS recently sent out a customer satisfaction survey to our member companies to get feedback on our Online Edit Utility and our quality of customer service. We are very pleased with the feedback we received from the survey results. A large majority of respondents found the Online Edit Utility “very straightforward” and easy to use. Of those that contacted a NISS staff member with a question, all respondents were “very satisfied” or “satisfied” with the assistance they received.
We also had additional comments from the survey commending our customer service. Here are a couple examples of those comments:

Compilation Reports Available Online
|
|
One of the features of the NISS website is online access to Compilations. These aggregate reports can be found under the Member Data tab on the NISS website. The three most recent Compilations of each line of business are accessible whenever you need them in PDF format.
The online Compilations are available for each member company for the lines and states their company writes, along with countrywide totals (where applicable). Members can view their states individually or view a PDF that merges all of their states and related countrywide totals into one document. We hope our member companies find this convenient and useful, and we look forward to continuing to provide helpful resources to our member companies.
