Customer Service Survey

Periodically, NISS sends out a customer service survey to our member companies to assess ways we can make the reporting process easier for our members as well as get feedback on our quality of service. We received overwhelmingly positive responses from our most recent survey. Here are a couple examples:

NISS Statistical Plan Feature: Bookmarks
|
|
One of our top priorities at NISS is to make the statistical reporting process as easy as it can be. One of the ways we do this is by utilizing numerous bookmarks in our online Statistical Plans. For example, our Automobile Statistical Plan Volume 1 contains over 150 linked bookmarks!
Earlier this year, we also added bookmarks for every field in the Commercial Lines Statistical Plan and the Other Than Auto Statistical Plan.
These bookmarks can be clicked to quickly jump to the corresponding portion of the Stat Plan. This helps member companies quickly find the codes and information they need. Please make sure that bookmarks are enabled when browsing our Statistical Plans! We will continue to look at ways we can enhance our Statistical Plans to make them even more user friendly for our member companies to keep the statistical reporting as simple as possible.
