| NISSUE: Customer Service “Providing our member companies with outstanding service” NISS is committed to providing our member companies with Outstanding Customer Service. Our goal is to answer inquiries in a timely fashion, communicate in an open, timely, effective manner, and provide accurate information. We sent our member companies a Customer Service Survey in January (see Bulletin No. 04-2001 on this web site) and asked them to rate us from Extremely Satisfied to Extremely Dissatisfied in four important categories. You may find the results surprising but we don’t. Our members responded that they were Very Satisfied with NISS in all four categories: Very Satisfied with NISS’ level of customer service Very Satisfied with NISS in meeting their needs as a statistical agent Very Satisfied with the timeliness of the service provided by NISS Very Satisfied with the cost of the service NISS provides We’re not going to rest on our laurels but it’s great to get this kind of positive reinforcement from our customers, our member companies. |
