Statistical Plans. NISS publishes four statistical plans: Automobile, Homeowners (including Dwelling and Mobile Homeowners Policies), Commercial Lines, and Lines other than Automobile. These statistical plans establish the coding which will be used when reporting to NISS for all lines of business that NISS is approved for. These plans also establish specific record formats for reporting on electronic media. NISS updates each of these statistical plans on a quarterly basis, or as the need arises.
